RESPONSIBILITIES OF AGENCY
THE AGENCY AGREES TO
Provide accurate information regarding travel options, Make reservations in a timely manner,Handle all payments securel,Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the travel process
THE CLIENT/PARTNER AGREES TO
Provide accurate information required for bookings,Adhere to Payment Schedules As Outlined, Abide by travel regulations and requirements.
FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS
The Client/Partner agrees to pay the Agency the fees as agreed upon for the services provided. Payment shall be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the agreement. Any additional costs incurred during travel shall be the responsibility of the Client/Partner.
DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall commence on 22ND JULY 2024 and shall continue until 5TH OF DECEMBER2024 , unless terminated earlier by either party in accordance with the terms herein. This Agreement may be renewed upon mutual agreement of both parties.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of this Agreement.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to pursue litigation in the appropriate jurisdiction.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral. Amendments to this Agreement shall be effective only if made in writing and duly executed by both parties. Neither party may assign or transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
